Friday Jan. 7th

Breakfast
2 eggs 1 egg white
10 oz OJ
20 oz coffee w creamer

snack
2 granola bars

Lunch
Grilled Chicken (hefty amount)
1 cup pistachios

Dinner
Shrimp and cocktail sauce
grilled chicken (added some mayo)
Turkey sandwich (wheat bread, cheese, light mayo, hot peppers)
